World tourist rewards do not specify whether Russia's or Ukraine's Mriya Hotel.
The hotel has won the prize as the world's leading resort, while one night in this paradise can still be paid by many.
The Russian company “Aeroflower” has been declared best inside, meanwhile, Saint Petersburg as the best tourist destination.
Mriya Resort Spa for the first time won the first prize. Competition has had the hotel in Dubai, Italy.
World tourist rewards do not determine whether the Ziyaa Hotel of Russia or Ukraine is. It opened in 2014.
The resort is 30km from Yalta, and it has 22 rooms and villas of 270,000 square feet [270,000 sq m].
Owners plan to build wine factories, wine school, wine restaurant, and cheese factory near the hotel.
Last year, the hotel has been visited by 100,000 guests and has had 83 percent to complete its capacity.
One night at this hotel costs about $230.
