The court has removed Kadri Veselin as a witness in the tear gas case in the Kosovo Assembly. This, according to the Court, is done with reason, because they have enough evidence and evidence and they don't need more, writes Periscope.

Otherwise, it was earlier reported that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has recently changed the timing of holding the trial hearing against MP Albin Kurti for dropping tear gas in the Assembly last year.

The session was first held at 09 a.m. and was invited to witness to the chief speaker, Kadri Wessel.

But since the session was postponed last moments, 0900, Chief Prime Minister Wessel, who had not been announced to postpone the hearing, went by the court.

The cabinet of Prime Minister Wessel has clarified that the chief parliament had planned the time for this session and was present at the Court at the invitation.

“Parliament Speaker Kadri Veseli, at the invitation, has been at the Foundation Court in Pristina today at 9:00 to attend the trial hearing for MPs who dropped tear gas last year. Chairman Wessel has been notified that the hearing was not 9: 00 p.m., but was postponed for 10:00. Because of the change in session time, without prior notice, and the planned agenda earlier, at meetings and other day activities, it is impossible to attend the court hearing. Chief Parliamentary Veselin as stated earlier, is open to co-operate with the justice system regarding the case being tried, and will respond to the invitation as well as to other times, as has today”, said in the statement of the cabinet of Chief Parliamentary Kadri Wessel.
