Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Blerta Deliu has appeared in the quality of the witness at today's court hearing against four VV deputies, who are accused of throwing tear gas during the past legislature in the Kosovo Assembly.
Asked by the prosecutor who threw tear gas at the October 8, 2015, session, Deliu said he saw Albin Kurt drop tear gas, writes Periscope.
“I have seen MP Albin Kurti drop tear gas”, Deliu said.
She has been asked if she knows how Kurt had put tear gas in the Assembly, but said she doesn't know and that other organs should be taken away with it.
Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Faton Topalli and Donika Cadaj-Bujupi are being tried to drop tear gas on the Kosovo Assembly, by which they prevented hearings from being held in order to avoid agreements on the Association of Serbian municipalities, as well as on demarcation. /Periscope.
