The Arsenal is not going so well this season, at least not if the season is viewed by the audience perspective, which has huge expectations for the club. Therefore, Wenger will probably not last any longer in an atmosphere that is damaging his image now and then. And besides, Arsenal doesn't seem to want to increase his performance in transfers because of board policies.
Michael Arteta seems decided to be the French successor. Arteta is currently assistant to the Guarditolas of Manchester City and can help the club apply a game method similar to the citizens of Manchester.
However, it is unlikely that an experienced trainer will be able to manage a team that has very high expectations on one side, and on the other he spends on the minimum of Periscope.
