“The Albanian male victim has reported that as long as he was on the move with his vehicle, two Albanian male suspects, of minor age, have taken to the streets and, under gun threat, have attempted to stop the victim”, the police report says.
The police unit at the scene has detained suspects, while five shellings have been found in the suspect's vehicle, the car has been confiscated.
At the prosecutor's order, suspects have been released and the case goes into regular procedure.
