A study has found that some of the most popular apps of App Store and Play Store trace user data without their permission.

Researchers have found a hidden tracking software in more than 300 applications on GoogleX Play Store.

Research focuses mainly on Google's PlayStore, but many of the apps are also available in the iOS, making researchers believe these hidden followers are also present in iPhone versions of apps.

Researchers from Exodus Privacy have discovered 44 different trackers present in more than 300 apps. Applications such as Uber, Tinder, Spotifi, Twitter and Snapchat have been confirmed to have a hidden software in the background.

PayPal, Wells Fargo, American Express, Discover, Athena, We BMD has also been found to be part of this group.

Most trackers have proven to collect user data. The tracking software was found on apps like AccuWather and The Weather Channel.

Furthermore, trackers collect data to create more accurate profiles of the user for advertising, but some trackers can be used for bad ends, Kosovas broadcasts.

Too many apps V UN ] such as Nord VPN and CyberGhost use trackers who collect anonymous data on their users and share those data with third parties, but not even TunnelBear VPN.

If you're concerned that your data is sent to app developers, you can only consider keeping apps that are actively used on your smart phone.

Erase applications you don't use, so they can't follow your data. You also need to be aware of what permission you give to apps when installing them on the phone.
