After a 10-minute pause, MP Albulen Hadziu's lawyer has withdrawn the request for exemption.
“In consultation with my defence, Albulen Haxhiu withdraws the request for the court's exclusion”, Lawyer Ahmet Ahmet Ahmeti, committed to deputy MP Haxhiu, on official duty, has said.
The four deputies from Vetevendosje, Albin Kurti, Donika Kadaj, Albulen Haxhiu and Faton Topalli are accused of dropping gas in the Kosovo Assembly.
