The two Albanians who won asylum in Britain, lying they were refugees from Kosovo

According to the English daily, Albanians have managed to win the battle at the Supreme Court, pretending to be Kosovars, and can no longer infiltrate England.

However, this phenomenon has brought concern to the authorities, since it can often refer to those who committed crimes.

One of them is Deana Hysey, 40-year-old who was allowed to stay in Britain in 1999, but since 2011 he was imprisoned for five years after hitting another person with glass bottles at a local Hemel Hempstad, Herts.

The other Albanian is Agron Bakijas, 44, who was discovered in 2007 when his partner returned to Albania. But he reapplied using forged documents and was granted British citizenship.

They were ordered to leave, however, brought the case to the Supreme Court.

And in the legal battle, their lawyers succeeded in arguing that the lie to gain citizenship is not enough to deny them this right.

This led them to have permanent permission to stay with British letters, and to no longer be deported.

According to “Daily Mail”, it is thought that at least 80 thousand refugees from Kosovo came to Britain in the years of BAR90s to escape war, but thousands of Albanians, including heavy criminals, exploited the crisis to seek asylum in this country.
