Italian state media suggest the victim is a 56-year-old Albanian man, but do not state his identity.
Police have been notified by a guard near the scene, who has noticed a portfolio thrown into the ground, and then spotted the body inside the river.
The police have arrived at the scene, and after their body was removed from the water, the investigation has started to whiteen the causes.
