Special root is loving Ramush Haradinaj's Hashim Thaci. 43 deputies' signatures have gathered to search for tonight, extraordinary hearings to abolish the Special Court.
Kosovo's Assembly is awaiting the maintenance of headship, which was called by President Kadri Wessel to complete the budgetary Law vote for 2018 but did not have the quorum to be held.
The session could be held with the presence of at least 61 deputies, and the Law for Specialised Chambers could be abolished with the simple majority of MPs participating in the vote, of 32 MPs.
Albert Krasniqi from KDI, while confirming this procedure, for Koha.net has said abolishing the law would then have constitutional implications.
“Although the Special Court is seen in the constitution, the abolition of the law made those constitutional requirements” unmet, Krasniqi has said.
