More than 7m euros before the state budget during 2018 are planned to be spent solely on purchase of new vehicles for central institutions, not counting here on Kosovo municipalities.
Also through a public tender a few days ago, the Central Procurement Agency (AQP), the institution that holds procurements on behalf of institutions that receive money from the Kosovo budget, has signed contracts with economic operators for renting hundreds of cars and where the contract value is 7.2m euros.
