About 1m euros annually cost 71 deputy ministers in Haradinaj Government

The brother of Prime Minister Avni Arifi's cabinet chief, Fadil Arifi, has been appointed deputy minister at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, while in the Ministry of Public Administration, Zv. Minister is named Numan Baliq.
However, the prime minister, although not proud of this large number of deputy ministers, says he does not hurt the country with this large number.
About 1m euros per year, the state spends only on paying the salaries of the deputy ministers without counting them to the wages and staff.
However, the prime minister is convinced he is not hurting Kosovo. Each deputy minister has a driver and an assistant/e.21 of the country's ministries don't have deputy ministers' numbers equally.
