The new law does not allow them to accept food from family members, and 21 days over their annual rest, now it is only 1 week.
The chairman of the Commission for Legissation, Albulen Haxhiu, says these changes have marked regregations in the rights of prisoners so it is necessary to change this law.
The Kosovar Centre for the rehabilitation of Torture Survivors gives prisoners rights, calling for this law to be changed.
