The Criminal Court ordered detention for former MPB Minister Mitko Cavkov, as well as Oliver Radulov. Chavkov has already been sent to the Shutka prison, reported Tetovo Today.
Chavkov's defence lawyers demanded that the detention measure not be pronounced due to his health, as he had recently had a heart attack.
Cavkov is suspected of <x0 terrorist threat to constitutional order and security” in connection with the attack on parliament on April 27th this year.
