Victor Matemadand called for his departure after accusing Mugaben and his wife of “denigating the army and war veterans” during a press conference Wednesday, according to Zimbabwe news report “@ 263Chat”.
He also urged the government to consider veterans “as the party's fourth arm” while praising military actions, reports “BBC”, report Periscope.

Last year, Matemadand and several other key veterans were expelled from Zanu's party - PF for attracting their support to Mugabe, accusing him of dictatorial tendencies, egocentism and mistreatment.
By then, war veterans had played a major and sometimes violent role in supporting President Mugabe and were his former associates in the 1970s liberation war.. /Periscopi/
