E-mails to the European mission by Klaus Weisst, on charges of this mission, are allegedly written by Simmons himself. An internal investigation is under way. The Briton, who is accusing corruption among international staff serving in Kosovo from sources of the newspaper close to EULEX, is described as the judge who has had good reports with powerful political people in Kosovo.
Even the judge who has expressed his will to testify in favour of the “Klica” case, where among the accused was Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj. Limaj himself days ago has even demanded that just Simmons be witnessed in his judgment of corruption. The court has rejected this request.
