The one in his Facebook account, he argued on a list that says this error clearly solves it. QNR based on its procedures.
At this vote, a total of 650 ballots had been accepted, 289 voters had voted, the remainder of unusable ballots is 361.
289 voters + 361 leaflets = 650 ballotes while accepted
Only an invalid ballot and no incomplete ballot. He wrote "Rrustem."

Mula Descu did not need words to testify to whom he was serving! Manipulations with opinions and initiatives that he has used to “justified” the decision ordered by the party. Pristina, it almost has 32 blank ballotes, and not about 500 as said the party's Descu!
See how in a single form of 236, Pristina has written out the code of unused balloting even in an empty ballot column. That is clearly wrong. QNR based on its procedures. P ZAP, he had this information because he said he investigated the QNR, that's where the confirmation was made, but he used it in party function, of course!
