He says there should be nothing against verifying the result.
However, Cakoli in the October 22nd elections has received only 310 votes, which was not enough even to become an alysist.
We remember that in the November 19th runoff, Shpend Ahmeti leads by about 300 votes more than Abrashi in Pristina, while even in Prizren Mytaher Haskuka is ahead of PDK's Shacir Totaj.
Here's Bujar Calcoll's complete Facebook entry:
Pristina, Prizren vote recounting
Why not? We shouldn't have anything against verifying the outcome, rather. No one is saying not to recognise or change the outcome of the elections. But we're saying, verify. The verification, however, must happen.
Especially after the evidence that at only one vote, the result was manipulated for nothing less than 70 votes about 30% of the vote.
Otherwise, I'm getting really surprised when I hear rumors that the evental recount is harmful because it creates dangerous precedents. This is indeed a strange thing.
Of course, a precedent must be created, even very dangerous, if the result is proven to have been manipulated. And, manipulators must be subject to rigorous trial.
On the contrary, there's a very harmful precedent for our society to manipulate as much as you like with the outcome of the elections because nobody handles it.
