How President Haradinaj had physically abused the deputy minister of government

Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister Gjergj Dedaj is one of the KLA's detainees in 1998.

Deday, along with an LDK delegation, had visited the war zone in Drenica. But their mission had been stopped in half. Members of the delegation were arrested.

Deday is the only one who has spoken publicly about this arrest. He had accused President Hashim Thaci of physically torturing him. Q

“In 1998 Thaci has stopped the Kosovo state delegation. I was deputy head of the Parliament. We were visiting war zones. Hashim Thaci has stopped us with his people. He said you're under arrest. The reason, simply because you are a political party that supports historic President Ibrahim Rugova. There's been physical, psychic, moral, some members of the delegation being tortured physically. I'm physically fucked too. He has even questioned us, pressured us. It's a crime, not an incident”, had confessed to Deday on the show Rubikon at KTV in December 2011, a few days after Thaci had dismissed him from the post of deputy transport minister.

Deday was fired for misusing the state credit card, going to Kukes to get money out of it.

It had not been long before Dedaj was appointed to the position of deputy minister of labour and social welfare.

Deday had warned that when I talk about this event, Kosovo will be shocked.

Dedaj Dedaj is still silent. When Dedaj speaks, something has to be moved to Kosovo”, Dedaj said.

Dedays that have neither political parties nor knows what it represents is appointed Deputy Foreign Minister even in Haradinaj Government. In the last term, he was deputy minister of culture.

He has been repeatedly accused of fraud by citizens and abuses of state money.
