Ombudsman Hilmi Jashari in an interview for Telegrafi has shown the story of how Kosovo's citizens had been commissioned since 2012 to pay the electricity bills, which they haven't spent, energy spent by citizens in the north, as well as in other parts of the country.
Yasar points out the details of the suspension of this decision by the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE) after they filed complaints at the Foundation Court in Pristina.
According to him, it is unfair for citizens to be burdened with something they have not spent.
It would take this compensation for paying back to citizens. I tried to spare the citizens, and I took it as a lawyer for the people to press charges, to compensate for the damage they have been spent on. This burden to the citizen is compensated for in future bills”, Jashar told in the Telegraph interview. com
According to Jashar, until the final review, this is a judicial decision and would have to find immediate application from the ERE.
The court's suspension decision would have to take immediate application because it took a formal form, understood in an extraordinary complaint and procedure”, the People's Lawyer Hilmi Yashari has declared.
