MP Lumir Abdixhiku has said the LDK will not uphold the law on religious freedom, demanding that the way religious communities will be financed be clarified.
Such a evental change makes the financial side of this law invalid. If we open the door to the distribution of budgetary money through this law, but without checking how financing is done, we've made a semi-x1> solution, Obadiah said.
MP Lirimie Cajtazi from the LDK, speaking about the draft law on changing and completing the Law on Religious Freedom, said Kosovo would respect religious communities and communities, and ensure that all registered groups are equal before the law and the state.
She said the bill in question would clarify that complete this law, such as the criteria for registration, clarifying Article 4.3 that regulates how communities have the right to establish different educational and educational institutions.
Catetazi said that due to sensitivity the law should clearly determine the way these educational-educative institutions are doing.
She stressed that the person applying for religious communities should be a citizen of Kosovo.
All religious communities should be offered the right to protect themselves with the Constitution, but not privileged by either of them”, said MEP Cajazi, adding that LDK's GP supports the law on religious freedom. /Periscopi/
