MPJ exposes Serbian media: Guinea Bissau has recognised Kosovo in 2011

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has noted that, today, in some Serbian media, quoted afterwards even by those in the Republic of Kosovo, the West African State { Republic of Guinnea Bissau has not recognised the independence of the Republic of Kosovo”, the MPJ communiqué says.
The communiqué says that “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reconfirms the spirit of good relations between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Guinea and refers only to official communication between the two countries, the Verbale Note of recognition by this state of January 11th, 2011” respectively.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kosovo from high-level meetings, which has been held with representatives of this country, has agreed in principle to establish diplomatic relations between the two countries, with the aim of further strengthening and expanding these relations between the two countries and the two peoples.
Republika Bissau has also voted for the membership of the Republic of Kosovo in the International Francophony Organisation, which we are grateful for”, says the communique.
