The accident had occurred on Garibaldi Street in Pristina a month earlier, and the Albanian male victim had suffered serious injuries.
He has been treated at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo since then, but the medical staff's defeat has been insufficient, as injuries sustained in the accident have resulted fatal.
Now, at the order of the prosecutor, the lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Obligation.
