Directing a long show is a very demanding few hours of work, which can result in fatigue or a minor incident.
And actually, something like that happened to Luana on the last show, which was kind of falling down at some point.
She recently published in her official account at the Instagram a video, showing this very moment when her heel slipped a little bit without a desire from behind the stage, and Luanna started shaking.

But at the moment, two of her co-stars, Eddie Manushi and actor Gent Haziz, who have helped the beauty Vjolca, keep her from falling.
