Dear Mr. Lumez,
On August 8, 2000, I appointed you as deputy prosecutor of the Pristina Municipal Court in accordance with the authority granted by UN Security Council Resolution 1244 on June 10, 1999, and taking into consideration the recommendation of the Judiciary Council imposed under UNMIK's Number 1999/7 regulation.
In response to the need to preserve judicial services in Kosovo, through this I extend the appointment mandate from 1 January 2001 to including on 31 March 2001, under conditions specified in the preliminary letter of appointment.
The elevated extension of the appointment will take effect on 1 January 2001.
