Ismet Beqiri has spoken before the media on the issue, confirming that the LDK has filed a complaint with the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtesa, to become the recount, Periscopi writes.
During this conference, he has also offended exiles, saying the diaspora votes are ordered.
“We are overseeing the voting counting process by mail, that there was ordered, organised and controlled voting for voters outside Kosovo. In this case, principles guaranteeing free and democratic elections have been violated because the right to the secret and individual votes is violated. The LDK will take all legal measures against counterCandids that are trying to distort reality. Our concern is for the order and possibility that these votes will be packed and the votes will come by mail from those who do not exist, and perhaps 20 years have not been in Kosovo. Certain circles and groups are working on the matter. How do you know the parole votes are theirs, and they're not even open yet?
