Participants in the draw were Vjollza Krasniqi, an EC member of the WFF and head of the Women's Football Commission, Merita Morina-Zariqi, assistant to FFK President and Valbona Gashi, women's football manager.
Kosovo in the lots withdrew to Group 9, which includes Germany, Northern Ireland and Estonia.
The qualification phase of this group will take place in Northern Ireland from October 1st to 9th, 2018.
The first two teams in groups and the top two in third positions will join Spain and France in the elite phase of qualifications, which will be held in the spring of 2019.
