Isufaj said after the KKP's meeting, that they can't say anything now until they have the final report, as they would otherwise prejudge.
According to him, investigations are becoming fully independent and without influence from anyone.
I assure you beyond doubt that it will be treated in the best possible way. We have this matter and we treat it with great seriousness. Be assured that when we have a final report, we will be officially promoted. I've reacted on behalf of the Council, it's very normal to react, because I said it and I repeat, we actually have all that we possess from the process of starting when the recruit has begun until the last recruit 2009-10. And then the rest when it's become the superior of all institutions. We currently possess this fact and on the basis of that we have said, investigations are being made, we as the Council regardless of who, even the Council will have its own role and will be very serious in this matter. We exit with the final report, all we say now we can prejudge, it's not good to prejudge, let's let the competent organs do it”, the Isufaj reported.
Isufaj has said the investigations will be conducted independently “after Lumezi himself has called for the probe”. He has added that the KKP has not discussed whether to suspend Lumez until the investigation is complete.
“The Council has not discussed the issue of suspension, but has discussed many claims that have been raised and will be discussed and there will be final report when we have the report we talk. The investigation will be independent, I don't know how there can be an independent investigation of how many public calls, so whoever wants to investigate, we will do our job as Council”, he added.
