Here's the full reaction:
A very serious incident has occurred in Kumanovo. Eighteen people died. Almost a whole neighborhood is destroyed.
We didn't understand what the armed Kosovars were looking for in Kumanovo. Neither who took them there nor who convinced them to go there, nor for what reason.
The separation of money from Kosovo's budget for the families of those convicted of criminal acts committed in another state has no logical significance.
To say that the convicts went to Macedonia to fight for the ideal is to violate the “Law to prevent the joining of armed conflicts outside the country's” territory, which was approved by the Kosovo Assembly in April 2015, that is, a month before Kumanovo happened.
If the government has information that the public doesn't know about, it should go out and tell them. Otherwise, it establishes a precedent in which each person convicted of first - degree criminal offense would have the right to receive compensation from the State.
