On the day of the Flag, in Bratislava, Slovakia, two Albanian deputies -- Albania's Rudina Hajdari and Doruntina Maloku, deputy in the Kosovo Assembly -- have met. For both of them, this meeting is unique, as their fathers, Azem Hajdari, and Enver Maloch, met them 20 years ago.
The two Albanian deputies have similar stories. Rudina Hajdari is the daughter of Democratic Party event, Azem Hajdari, who was killed in 1997. Dorothy Maloku is the daughter of Democratic League of Kosovo event Enver Malokut, killed shortly after the war.
Welcoming the 28 November celebration, MP Maloku has published a photo together with Hajdari with the inscription, “more than 20 years after the meeting of our Fathers in Tirana today, in Bratislava, I met Albanian deputy Rudina Hajdari, the daughter of the democracy colossor in Albania, Azze Hajdari”.
