“Hennessey Venom F5”, named the fastest car in the world, was introduced yesterday at the SEMA Fair.
The state brand will produce only 24 specimens of this car, expected to pass the 483km/h barrier at a price of about 1.5m euros.
Previous “Venom GT” arrives at 435 km/h speed thanks to light chassis “Lotus Exile” and engine “V8 Chevrolet”. “Hennessey” says, “Venom F5” arrives from 0-300 km/h faster than “Formulous 1” (less than 10 seconds).
Currently, the official record for the highest speed achieved holds “Bugatti”, with the car “Veyron Super Sports”, which has totaled 431.07 km/h. While “Hennessey Venom GT” holds the informal record at 435 km/h.
