Singapore plans to take bus - free to the streets in 2022.
The government said they will be piloted in three new neighbourhoods, which have less populated roads.
According to the government, buses will help residents travel to their communities and to stations near trains or buses.
Singapore, with its dense populations, hopes that non-surgeon technology will help the country manage land restrictions and labour shortage.
Autonomous buses are expected to complete existing bus services and will initially operate during hours when traffic is more busy.
