The Constitutional Court in Pristina has announced a few minutes ago the bias in the case of former Procureing Organisation Chairman Hysni Hoxha, the official of this institution, Hysni Muhadri and company accountant “Conex Group”, Arsim Robelli.
The three accused have been acquitted.
According to the Court, it has not been proved that Hoxha, Muhadri and Robell have accomplished the work.
According to the Prosecutor, defendants Hysni Hoxha and Hysni Muhadri, dated June 20, 2013, in Pristina, the quality of official persons, using office or official authority deliberately directly and in order to benefit any benefit from the company “Conex Group”, sh.p.k., in procuring activity “the construction of business establishments at the Payton <3>, initiated initiative by the contracting authority of the Baneci Public Company in Pristina, exceeded their competencies, as well as not fulfilling their official duties.
They are charged that by hiding evidence provided by ATK in front of two other members of the review panel led by Hysni Hoxha, where, in the absence of these evidence, members of the panel fall into custody and refuse the complaint of the complaining economic operator, with the company's “Connex Group” having brought material benefits to many of the 1.779.7959 euro.
