America could be included in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue with Condolezza Rice

Former US State Secretary Condolezza Rice may be the White House representative if Washington is allowed to become part of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels. “The goal is clearly, Russia's control through the American strong hand in Kosovo and Bosnia, right behind Serbia's back.
