The young man you see in the photograph is Petro Kolec, one of the victims of floods that affected neighbouring Greece in recent days.

The 28-year-old had left home early in the morning to go to work, but his body was found in Elefsina Bay on Saturday, bringing the number of victims to 19.

Greek media report that the identification of Albanian immigrants had made it his own father working as a security guard at the hospital where the three victims found on Saturday were taken.
