Movement V SEVENTION! considers the decision by the Constitutional Court of Skopje against “the Kumanovo Group” as politically motivated and as inhuman and degrading treatment contrary to human rights conventions.

The past in Macedonia has proved that many cases and court processes against Albanians have resulted as processes mounted by state authorities, discrediting the powers of investigation and everythingFatity. So far, the new government of the Republic of Macedonia has not taken its responsibility to take measures against those who have mounted these cases. Instead, in the territory under its rule's sovereignty, cases and processes distorted for professionalism, political independence and the impartiality of police and judicial powers are continuing to take place.

The unknowns of the Trima Quarter event, the treatment of prisoners, the court process, and finally the conviction of the seven life prison indictees, and of a total of 746 years in prison, of which most are citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, are the best references to urgently initiating the launch of an independent international investigation into the Trima Village event in Kumanovo. Only by professionally and impartially investigating the whole event will justice be brought to all the people involved, in one way or another, at the unjust event of the Kumanovo Quarter, the background of which mounted process knows its own power and state security.

We also invite the governments of the Republic of Kosovo and Albania to engage politically and diplomaticly for a fair trial and respect of human rights in the case of the brave regime in Kumanovo.
