Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has hosted a US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and E/euro-Asian Affairs, Hoyt Brian Yee, today.
As Kosovo's Assembly Information Office reveals, at this meeting it has talked about the work of Kosovo institutions in advancing many processes in the country, as well as regional co-operation.
“Vessel stressed that the Assembly is continuing to carry out constitutional obligations and in the future will intensify its work in pushing ahead many important decisions for Kosovo citizens”, the report said.
He thanked Yee for the focus the United States of America has repeatedly shown for Kosovo.
For his part, Deputy Assistant Secretary Hoyt Brian Yee stressed the need to speed up the European agenda for the country and praised Kosovo's commitment to fulfilling its duties.
