Kosovo Parliament Speaker Kadri Veselini has hosted European Service Secretary General Helga Schmidt today.
At this meeting, it has been talked about the numerous reforms being made in the country in many sectors, which accelerate Kosovo's path to European integration.
Chairman Wessel praised the support the European Union has given and is providing for Kosovo in many areas, in particular for an efficient functioning of the Parliament.
He stressed that the dynamics of the work and transparency of the Kosovo Assembly will grow steadily, as well as added that there is a serious commitment to building a full consensus on many issues of particular importance for the country.
The prime minister stressed that Kosovo citizens deserve visa liberalisation, adding that there will be maximum commitment and full co-ordination with the European Union for this.
For its part, Secretary Helga Schmidt praised the job of the Parliament in adopting many legislative reforms. She stressed that the EU will support Kosovo on its integration path.
