Vetevendosje MP Xhelal Svecla has spoken to the Interpreciency of Minister Nenad Ricalo, with whom the army has said it is the primary responsibility to provide evidence on citizens' charges against Ricalos to be dismissed, imprisoned and sentenced for the crimes it has committed.
He has said justice is different for Albanians and Serbs.
