Kamenica is one of the municipalities that will bring residents back to the polls.
According to the CEC results, the municipality of Kamenica is expected to go to a run-off by two parties -- the LDK and the Vetevendosje Movement.
Counting over 92 per cent of the vote reveals that the candidate, who most secures the vote, is VV's, stands Kastrati with 5 thousand and 592 votes, or on percentages, 34.22%.
Albanian Surdul from the LDK has garnered a total of 4 thousand and 586 votes, or 28.4 per cent percentage.
