The candidate of the Democratic League of Kosovo for chairman of Ferizaj, Muharrem Svarqa, has said that after Sunday's vote, the LDK has returned strongly as the biggest political force in the country.
” The LDK, which deeply recognises Kosovo's roots. The LDK, which is committed to following Ibrahim Rugova's spirit, has returned strongly as the biggest political force in the country. I would like to commend all LDK mayors in municipalities that managed to preserve our traditional votes with work and sacrifice but also add and double them”.
” Kosovo needs well-known, dedicated and domestic people. That's how much we got. We're going out of the whole process”, he wrote on Facebook.
Sfarqa at the October 22nd vote won 30.00 per cent, given the CEC's results by which he will face a run-off with Agim Ali of PDKão, who received 39.18%.
