Photos of Shpend Ahmeti's children in the election campaign have cost two thousand euros to his subject.
The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre (PZAP) again condemned Vetevendosje Movement candidate for Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti.
This time around, Ahmeti has been fined 2,000 euros for involvement of children in the election campaign.
BIRN and Internews Kosova complaint to Shpend Ahmeti for involvement of children in the campaign has been accepted as based on the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtre.
Ahmeti had placed pictures of children shot at his Facebook page during a public rally with election character.
These pictures, after the complaint of BIRN and IKS nearby PZAP had been erased from Ahmeti's account.
The panel, in reasoning with the decision, has found that the distribution of photographs of the election rally in which even children were involved, poses violations of the election rules.
Meanwhile, erasing these pictures has subsequently affected the level of the prescribed fine.
Article 5.2 of the Electoral Rule Number 13/2013 defines categories of people who have no right to appear in election campaigns, including people who have not turned 18 years.
We remember Ahmeti was fined 1,500 euros last week by PZAP for violating the Code of Goodwill by campaigning in public object.
The Vetevendosje movement, under the decision, is obliged to pay the 2,000-euro fine in the 15-day term.
Only yesterday have the complaints of BIRN and Internews Kosova political subjects been sentenced by PZAP to the value of 18 thousand euros.
