Three persons arrested Sunday at the Jarinje border crossing, suspected of possession of explosive vehicles on the bus that Serbia was transporting voters for the October 22nd elections in Kosovo, have been declared security measures - 30 days in prison.
The news about this has made radiocast known based on a statement of the so-called Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government without telling which court in Kosovo has made that decision, Koha.net broadcasts.
Arrested on 22 October are Sasa Arandjelovic, Dejan Urosevic and Goran Savkoviqi, who are represented in the statement as bus driver and tour leader.
Responding to this detention measure, the office leading Marko Djuric, to its statement, has said this is “a judicial violence “against the detainees, while for the found explosive tools, it has added that the “s are all clear at first seen that it comes to insinuation of explosive devices, respectively, which has been aimed at preventing the arrival of displaced people to the election sites in Kosovo”.
