This is Selim Pacolli's only condition for Shpend Ahmeti of Arba Abush

The decision for co-operation already lies with the party, not only mine as Selim. I cannot assist my voters to vote one or the other candidate. If this issue comes up there, then first my programme for Pristina should go to the table, because citizens' votes are dedicated to me, dedicated to my programme and vision. If my program isn't discussed, then I'd be an abuser of citizens' vote, who believed my vision. My programme must be implemented and a common language found with candidates. If he doesn't, then he won't prefer co-operation, no matter who it is, ”, Pacolli said of Periscope.

He refused to talk about candidates, but described them as the same programme of the Shpend Ahmeti and Arbasch, which he said do not offer any ageic solutions to Pristina citizens.

In addition, Pacolli said he would be careful about the decisions he will make, whether he or even the party, but indicated that he does not need the candidate's promises that his programme will start to apply, if agreement is reached.

I don't need any promises to implement my program. But coalitions are common, and the two sides have responsibilities, which are obligations stemming from the agreements. I'm very indebted to my voters, so I'll be very careful, but I have to consult with parties, because I'm just a candidate and I don't have a decision-making position in the party. A vote is a binding one, so when someone believes in you, it is a great responsibility. I now speak on behalf of 10 percent of the votes I have received so far. He'll protect those votes. The votes have been entrusted to me, I have not been pardoned”, Pacolli concluded.
