He has said today is a festive day for Kosovo and the Pristina municipality.
Pacolli has called on citizens to come out to vote and choose the best programme for Pristina for the next four years.
“Today is a festive day for Kosovo and our municipality. It invites them to vote on the best programme for the next four years, of course, to vote on Pristina's best vision. I've said that Kosovo needs managers and not politicians, and today citizens will know to choose the season that gives perspective to the future mandate and it's mine that I've introduced for 30 days” has said Pacolli.
