Even today, a Bechtel Enkes worker lost his life in the workplace. This company treats workers as if they were slaves - with small salaries, lack of working conditions, and rights violations. Meanwhile, this company has been repeatedly favoured by the state.
The loss of life in the workplace has become normal, and every lost life is being forgotten. The government, which does not care about the high unemployment rate and poverty, does not even worry about the rights of employees and does not keep silent or act when one of them loses his life. The government doesn't care about citizen life.
There are dozens of workers who lost their lives in the workplace, and no one, ever, gave them responsibility. The Labour Inspectorate should first bring a report to the Assembly about the deaths of workers at Bechtel Enka Company and other companies. The Assembly urgently has to deal with this matter.
