Downloading the chairman of the CoST Board of Directors, Drita Kondzhel, and members of this Board Musa Misini and Anita Cucovic, according to civil society organisations I NDEP, GAP and GPJS are at odds with the third package of energy legislation, which was adopted last year.
This is because according to this legislation, COSTT shareholder is the Kosovo Assembly, which appoints and dismisss members of the board of this institution.
