The 25-year-old beauty has faced an incident while shooting a photo set for the magazine “Sports Illustrated”, this week.
Upton was standing on a rock, dressed only at one end, before ending up in the water. The staff immediately came to the aid of the model.
After this incident, Kate was photographed laughing while she was wrapped in a towel.
