Actually, Meadow Walker claimed that her father was burned alive, as there can't be removed the seat belt because of a problem in the system.

Paul had stayed in his car because he couldn't get out because of the fractures suffered during the accident.

Renowned actor Paul Walker lost his life in a traffic accident on November 30th 2013. His death shocked the world. His wife and daughter Meadow immediately filed charges against Porsche.

But the court failed to confirm that the actor's death occurred because of the defect in the seat belt, as stated in the indictment filed by Paul Walker's family.

Police as a cause of the accident had mentioned high speed, while Porsche and Meadow eventually agreed to a cash compensation, the amount of which has not been disclosed, the Kosovo Press broadcasts.
