People convicted of crimes and under investigation, part of the PDK campaign

Kadri Wessel, as chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, had vocally declared that officials who have problems with the law do not belong to the PDK.
We will not tolerate the phenomena of political responsibility, no one will be with us who violates the” law, Wessel had declared.
But that pledge of self Wessel has broken since yesterday during a visit to the municipality from which he delivered the message about two weeks ago, Akimin.
Wessel, took the campaign, Ramadan Muja, the man with whom he ruled this municipality for 10 years, even though he was convicted of corruption.
Ramadan Muja was sentenced to 2 years in prison on condition that he does not perform other criminal acts over the next 3 years, in March 2014. Now his case is in retrial.
He was charged by EULEX with misusing official office along with five municipal officials. The muja has also banned public functions during the duration of 30 months.

PZAP sentences
The electoral panel for Ances and Parashtesa has condemned the Democratic Party of Kosovo for placing candidates' advertising through public spaces, in which it is prohibited by law.
The total amount of the fine amounts to 1,000 and 850 euros, Insander writes.
The branch of this party in Ferizaj has been sentenced to 700 euros for placing its candidate for chairman Agim Ali in a public facility.
This institution has also fined 550 euros for the branch in Prizren, as complaints about placing an assembly candidate for public space, respectively, on an electric stake.
With 600 euros, however, its branch in Dragash has also been convicted of advertising for assemblies.
PDK ran for president convicted of vote theft
The Democratic Party of Kosovo has run for chairman of Elez Khan, Florim Shkreta, who has been convicted of voter fraud.
The Foundation Court in Ferizaj, in March 2014, sentenced the Shkrtet to six months in prison because of the criminal fraud act at the polls.
Vote theft had occurred in the 2010 elections, at a polling centre in the village of Secusht of Elez Hani, with Cʹrast Shkreta having reduced Hashim Thaci's votes and Nisama leader Fatmir Limaj both at the time, raising votes for Azza Syredin Kuchin.
Subheader PDK meets match suspect
Enver Hoxhaj, deputy chairman of The PDK, earlier this week, was in the campaign in the municipality from it comes-Suhareka.

He and the other three are accused of misusing office or official authority and failing to report or report false property, incomes, gifts, other material benefits or financial obligations.
Kadri Wessel's party has also run Deputy Chairman Zenun Pajaziti, who is under investigation in the institutions of justice.

In addition to Zenun Pajazit, the Special Prosecutorship had included Minister of Innovation and Undertaking Besim Beqaj and other officials.
They are suspected of abuse of official position or authority and violating the equal status of citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo.
